Reliable, competitive travel agents. Spoke to Sarita who managed my booking. She was very swift in offering various options with same enthusiasm and smile. I always saved around 10% of India ticket price as compared to big Airline's online prices. Great Service. I called to get the lowest price deal for a month with no specific dates and Sarita helped me by getting back to me with a great rate and date within 15 minutes. I checked online for cheaper rates for the same date range and non could beat H&S travel rates. Highly recommend them!! Also I have tomention the customer service provided by Sarita . She was patient and followed up after the ticket puchase to make sure everything went smooth.

This is one of the best Travel and Tours Companies I have come across. The moment I called first time until my ticket was booked was well satisfied in an overall way. I communicated with Marziya and she was very helpful and got the best rate for my tickets which was quite surprisingly better compared to other companies. Would like share my experience with H& S Travels. I called them for asking for quote like similar other travel agents. But to surprise, They were really kind to get all the details, preferences and helped in getting the tickets at the cheaper & better rates compared to other agents with constant followups. Customer service really impressive. Even though they knew that i was looking multiple other travel agents they did not give up. They constantly called me to check if i had tickets to travel or not despite i was in touch with other travel agents. constant followups, understanding the customer pain points and helping. Additionally even after the itinerary is finalized and payments are made, they still see what best they can give to customer and they went ahead gave suggestion/recommendations on the itinerary and help in reducing the layovers for same price. I’ve had an excellent experience with his company. Ritesh goes the extra mile for customers. For me, I needed a ticket within 24 hours notice. Ritesh found the right balance between duration of travel and cost. He found a unique fare that met all my needs and 25% cheaper than all other fares we could find. He was patient and stayed with me on the phone the entire time and explained everything clearly. I have also dealt with Sarita in the past who was also very helpful in exploring many ticket options patiently. I will definitely return to H & S for my international travel needs.

Overall experience is great!! Adil found a good deal for my family during summer time. Nice people and easy to communicate. one glitch I faced is when first time I gave details to one of the agent and he mentioned I will be communicated in email but later when I checked that person is not available and my details are not found. After that they took care of it very well. My rating is 4.5.
